Leaves are steamed and then roasted at a temperature of 80~90°c and rubbed in circle in hands until they take curved and round shapes. The process of steaming and roasting can make our teas at once taste fresh and savory; furthermore, it increases the content of amino acids of amino aicds to give the taste a hint of sweetness.

How to drink Green Tea
1. Heat the water in 70~80℃
2. Infuse the tea for 1 min 30 sec in heated water.
